Field Supervisor
Davis Normand is a highly experienced oil and gas professional with over 25 years in the industry, specializing in underground storage and Class II disposal wells. His background includes extensive workover operations across offshore and onshore environments, with technical proficiency in running completion tools such as packers, perforating systems, and gravel packs, as well as supervising wellsite activities on drilling, workover, barge, coil tubing, and snubbing rigs. He has led casing running service expansions in North Louisiana and managed district-level operations with direct oversight of more than 40 personnel. Over the past five years, Davis has focused on underground storage and disposal well projects, overseeing full-cycle drilling operations from site preparation through completion, and executing interventions including coil tubing, snubbing, wireline, slickline, plugging and abandonment, and mechanical integrity testing (MIT), ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence in complex subsurface environments.
