Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Texas A&M University and is a seasoned geologist and project manager with extensive expertise in Underground Injection Control (UIC) projects, with a primary focus on deep well disposal and CO₂ sequestration. She leads regulatory and technical consulting efforts across state and EPA permitting landscapes. Jennifer oversees end-to-end development of UIC permit applications, including site selection, geologic and seismic data integration, no-migration petition documentation, and compliance with Land Ban regulations. She plays a central role in managing client relationships, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and directing subsurface data workflows. Her work ensures the safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant storage of fluids and CO₂ across key sites in the Gulf Coast and EPA Region 6.
