He has held progressive roles from Safety Representative to Site Safety Manager, supporting both single-site operations and complex, multi-site portfolios.

Mr. Tolbert’s expertise includes the development and execution of site-specific safety action plans, OSHA-compliant jobsite preparation, and leading formal job safety analyses (JSA). He has served as the primary safety liaison in client and contractor meetings, ensuring alignment on safety objectives and regulatory expectations. His leadership experience includes managing teams of field safety supervisors, overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs, and driving accountability through active participation in site safety committees, project hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
